1. Services Offered
Rita Ernst offers services in the field of spiritual counseling and remote healing, particularly in the areas of remote assistance, card readings, cleansing rituals, finding a partner, reuniting with a partner, and mental training. These services are provided exclusively by Rita Ernst herself.
These services are provided exclusively as remote treatments. During the remote treatment period, the client must always be the one to initiate contact with Rita Ernst. In-person spiritual consultations are not available.
2. Spiritual Counseling/Remote Treatments
Each potential client acknowledges that the spiritual consultations and remote treatments provided are purely spiritual in nature and have no medical benefit. Each potential client acknowledges that the services offered by Rita Ernst cannot replace medical advice or treatment.
Spiritual healing has not been scientifically proven, and the effectiveness of such spiritual counseling or remote treatment cannot be guaranteed.
3. Success of a spiritual consultation/remote treatment
The success of a spiritual consultation or remote treatment cannot be guaranteed. The results of the treatment vary from person to person and also depend on the client’s trust in the treatment and the way in which clients accept and apply the spiritual guidance in accordance with their beliefs.
4. Disclaimer
Rita Ernst conducts the spiritual consultations and remote treatments mentioned above with the utmost care. Rita Ernst assumes no liability whatsoever.
5. Termination
The customer is entitled to terminate the contract at any time. If the termination occurs at an inopportune time, Rita Ernst is entitled to bill the customer for the expenses she incurred in good faith in connection with the existing contractual relationship.
6. Price and Invoice
The price of a service is agreed upon between Rita Ernst and the client prior to the provision of spiritual counseling or remote treatment and must be paid by the client in advance before the service is provided. Payment in installments is possible by arrangement.
Prices are determined based on the amount of work required (per hour) and not on the expected outcome or success of the spiritual counseling/remote treatment. Refunds of the fee after the spiritual counseling/remote treatment has been provided are not permitted (no money-back guarantee).
Once Rita Ernst and the customer have agreed on a price, Rita Ernst provides the customer with her bank information. Once Rita Ernst has received the payment, the service in question can begin. Payment of the full amount or the first installment to Rita Ernst must be made immediately.
Spiritual counseling or remote treatment on account is not permitted.
If payment is not made on time, Rita Ernst reserves the right to take legal action.
7. Intellectual Property
Trademarks, logos, slogans, graphics, photographs, and text appearing on Rita Ernst’s website are the exclusive intellectual property of Rita Ernst and may not be reproduced, used, or copied without express permission. Otherwise, Rita Ernst reserves the right to take legal action against the person in question.
8. Data Protection
The data and information provided by clients will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will be processed solely for the purpose of spiritual counseling/remote treatment. Client data will, of course, not be disclosed to third parties. All processing of client data is conducted in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
9. Application and Amendment of the General Terms and Conditions
Rita Ernst may amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. By continuing to accept these General Terms and Conditions after they have been amended, the customer also accepts any such changes. The customer will not be notified of any changes to the Terms and Conditions.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The use of Rita Ernst’s offerings and services is governed by Swiss law, and the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising in connection with the spiritual counseling and remote treatments offered is Zurich, Switzerland.
